Hotel Effie offers a picturesque escape with immaculate cleanliness and an exceptional rooftop pool that fosters a fun social atmosphere. While the only parking option is valet, and microwaves are lacking in rooms for leftovers, the friendly staff, especially Fernanda, truly enhance the experience.

The hotel welcomed me with a delightful aroma and a refreshing drink upon arrival! My room was immaculate and had the most comfortable bed ever. I loved the stunning rooftop pool with panoramic views and the friendly bar staff who made my evenings unforgettable!

Breakfast was a highlight; each bite was delicious. The rooftop bar served marvelous drinks, and the vibe was electric with a DJ at night. Cleanliness was top-notch, but service was hit or miss; some staff were friendly, while others didn’t meet the mark. The hotel beach felt cramped, and renting chairs seemed unnecessary at this level. After multiple requests, housekeeping never showed up during our long stay, a real letdown. Convenient location near attractions was great, but be prepared for some logistical headaches. Despite flaws, the experience had its shine, especially the food and atmosphere.

The rooftop bar is a party haven with a DJ spinning tunes. The valet service is speedy and the warm rooftop pool is a perfect chill spot.

Exceptional stay with a few notable highlights. The staff is attentive and genuinely helpful. Drinks at the rooftop bar? Spectacular. The pool area, paired with a vibrant DJ at night, is a perfect escape. Cleanliness throughout the property was remarkable. the hotel beach felt cramped; we prefer more space. Breakfast in our room was always a delight—every dish, a 10/10. On a downside, the noise at night was disruptive, and while response times were decent, it's concerning when guests report disturbances late. Room cleanliness had moments of oversight. Recommend improving beach chair arrangements and addressing noise outages promptly. A lovely stay, nonetheless.

First off, I have to give props to the comfy king, size bed , it was like sleeping on a cloud. But those pillows, oh boy, they were quite the letdown. They went flat on me, and it just didn't provide the support I needed for a good night's sleep. Now, onto the good stuff. The building, both inside and out, was beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the reasonable pricing compared to other places in the area. The location was perfect, right next to Baytown Wharf with all its shops and restaurants. And the rooftop pool view? Simply fantastic. But, there were a couple of hiccups during my stay. I found someone else's hair in the shower, which was a bit off, putting. And the whole soap situation was a bit of a hassle , had to wait around for it to arrive. The valet parking was a bit annoying, and the additional costs for things like beach chairs and valet parking caught me off guard. I also paid extra for a bay view room, but it turned out to be more of a parking lot view. Effie Sandestin has its highs and lows. If you can overlook some cleanliness issues and unexpected costs, it's a decent place to stay.

The bed was plush, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while temperature control kept the room cozy. I appreciated the quiet surroundings, allowing for peaceful relaxation. the towel exchange policy was unusual and inconvenient, as we had to request fresh towels. Despite this, the friendly staff provided great service throughout our stay. The location was excellent, close to amenities, adding to the overall positive experience. Minor adjustments could enhance the comfort, but the room itself was delightful.

The interior is lovely with complimentary adult drinks upon check-in. The rooftop pool offers stunning views and easy access to the nearby Baytowne Wharf for dining and shopping. The valet staff, especially one individual, was friendly and efficient.
We received zero housekeeping for our 5-day stay, struggling to get fresh towels and essential room services. Managers were unresponsive to our requests, creating a disappointing experience.

The rooftop bar has killer drinks and a DJ that really gets the party going we loved chilling by the pool and the free bicycle rentals were a huge hit for my girlfriend who hadn't ridden in years.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the experience was worth every cent we spent.

We hit up the sick golf spot they recommended. It was lit! The golf concierge hooked us up with the dopest course ever—straight flexin' on the greens, yo!
Would've liked more late-night turn-up options near the hotel for us party animals.

Chilling at Ara under the stars felt like a posh party every night. The beach vibes were legit. TLB served top-notch drinks. The spa menu was like a rejuvenating culinary adventure for my body. Playing golf with those views was a real treat!
Oh joy, more fees for valet parking - my favorite! .
